Q: Does the camera supports Motion Detect,FTP,Email alarm, RTSP and so on ?

Q:When I finish the steps to add the camera to the CMS list,why it notify “ Can’t find the Device “ even I can see the default ip address 192.168.1.10 in the menu .
F: It is the IP Address conflict ,the default ip address is not in the same network segment as your router.
Please click “Edit Device “ to change the camera’s ip address to make them in the same network segment !
For example ,if your router’s ip address is 192.168.0.1 ,then you need to change the camera’s ip address to 192.168.0.XX .

To connect camera to computer ,
You need to modify computers IP address so that the camera is connected to the LAN, generally, camera and the router or the computer must be on the same network segment, such as:
IP address of the router or computer is 192.168.1.1
cameras IP address must be in the 192.168.1.1~254 range
Factory default setting network parameters of the camera:
IP address:192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask:255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1

If the camera is connected, but cannot the find the camera, you can check according to the following steps:
1. Confirm the camera and the computer is in the same local area network (LAN)
2. Whether installed relative CMS software
3. The routers and switches the function or Settings for blocking of the radio signal
4. Check whether the cable is aging, or Ethernet cable is too long lead to signal transmission
